Quest Water combines the social mission of a non-profit with the market-driven approach of business to foster comprehensive growth, dignity, and potential. We are accelerating progress toward achieving the Global Goal of equitable access to safe and affordable drinking water.

At the heart of our mission is our active support for the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, the United Nations' shared framework for peace and prosperity, as well as the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Our initiative targets impactful contributions towards these SDGs, focusing on People, Communities, and the Environment. Quest Water’s purpose is firmly rooted in SDG No. 6 (Clean Water and Sanitation) and SDG No. 17 (Partnerships for the Goals).

Meet Our Team
Quest Water Global, Inc. was founded by two partners with diverse experience and significant expertise in the water technologies industry. Common values and shared beliefs are what enabled the partners to create a water solutions company that operates differently than traditional water technology companies. We now have a management team that has grown to include complementary skills and experience while sharing our founding values.

Monica Ellis is a co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Global Environment and Technology Foundation (GETF) and CEO of Global Water Challenge (GWC). She works to accelerate sustainable development by leading transformational public and private partnerships across over 100 countries with some of the world’s most influential donors and businesses. Over the past decade, Monica has been instrumental in catalyzing more than $400 million in co-finance and securing billions of dollars in non-financial contributions to positively impact over 14 million people through the provision of clean water and sanitation. By aligning the diverse objectives of companies, governments, and civil society, she and her team deliver impact at scale through strategic planning and multi-sector local platforms that address critical sustainability issues including climate resilience, water security, women’s empowerment, and public health.
Vincent B. Davis serves as Director of Disaster Services for Feeding America. Prior to joining Feeding America, he served as workplace resiliency manager at Amazon, where he developed disaster frameworks to support the company’s 175 corporate offices. Before joining Amazon, Vincent was senior preparedness manager for Sony PlayStation in San Diego, and manager of preparedness and response at Walgreens Co., where he developed disaster programs for the company’s 8,600 U.S. stores and distribution facilities. Following a distinguished 23-year career in the U.S. Air Force and Illinois National Guard, Vince also served as external affairs and community relations officer at FEMA, managing field teams for 11 FEMA disasters. Vincent is also the Founder and President of Preparedness Matters Disaster Consulting, and an author, advocate, and champion of underserved and marginalized communities in disaster.
Robert Gehl is a senior water sector specialist and venture capital investor. He has held leadership roles in M&A and Business Development for prominent global water companies Pentair Plc, Marmon Water Inc., a Berkshire Hathaway company, and Canature Health Technology. He most recently served as Managing Director of Hoshizaki Europe BV, based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. He is a strategic business leader with a strong focus on driving growth and positive change through people, with an outstanding track record of optimizing performance and improving profitability in executive leadership roles. Possesses in-depth experience designing and executing strategic direction, market planning, and sales vision. Accomplished at working with multiple stakeholder groups to achieve goals, and proven agility at assessing and developing talent and building diverse teams which produce breakthrough results.

Euphresia Luseka
Euphresia Luseka is a seasoned Water Systems Strengthening and Governance Specialist, Award winner, Social Entrepreneur and Programs Manager with 15 years of progressive multi-donor experience in Water sector in 25 countries. She is a Management Committee Member of Institutional Governance and Regulations Specialist Group at the International Water Association (IWA), Co-Thematic Lead at Rural Water Supply Network (RWSN), Strategic Council Member of Africa Water and Sanitation Association (AFWASA) and Technical Advisory Committee Member of USAID pro-WASH. Euphresia has worked for various donor projects including Embassy of Netherlands, UKAID, USAID, European Union, UN Habitat, UNICEF and KFW. The prestigious Women on Boards Network and Global Water Partnership recently awarded her for championing gender equity in water sector.
Derk Hendriksen is the Founder & CEO of Hendriksen Ventures LLC, a purpose-driven business advisory firm where he advises, coaches, and invests in companies that need help in securing sustainable, purpose driven growth. During his 20+ year tenure with The Coca-Cola Company (“TCCC”), Derk held several senior roles. His most recent role was VP of Business Integration in the Office of Sustainability, leading the founding team of Coca Cola's Social Enterprise Unit, EKOCOMPANY as its President. This marked the beginning of his entrepreneurial journey. Derk led the expansion of the company’s community centers, called EKOCENTERs, a program focused on helping underserved communities by improving health, reducing environmental impact, and increasing prosperity. of which over 200 were put into operation by his multi-sector teams in Africa and Asia.

Craig Rider
​Craig Rider has over 30 years of experience in management, sales, and marketing, primarily within high-tech and consumer-related industries. His entrepreneurial achievements include instrumental contributions to H2O Worldwide Group, co-founded by him, which played a key role in aiding the people of Puerto Rico during the 2017 Hurricane Maria disaster. Working with partners, H2O Worldwide introduced Proyecto Agua Limpia, providing clean drinking water to over 200,000 individuals. Craig's passions include Impact Investing and fully immersing himself in Social Responsibility initiatives. H2O Worldwide, LLC, where he serves as President, has partnered with Quest Water Global, Inc. to support the development of clean water projects in the Caribbean and Central America, leveraging H2O's extensive regional network.


Moushumi Khan
Ms. Moushumi Khan is a leader in international and private sector development, risk mitigation, and emerging markets. Ms. Khan is advising Quest Water Global on their global strategy, particularly in Bangladesh. She brings a unique ability to align corporate objectives with sustainable impact goals. Most recently, Ms. Khan served as the United States Alternate Executive Director on the Board of the Asian Development Bank (ADB), where she represented U.S. interests and promoted opportunities for American businesses to engage in impactful initiatives. Her work focused on advancing regional infrastructure development, facilitating climate financing, spearheading private sector engagement, and contributing to the evolution of multilateral institutions. At ADB, she played a pivotal role in enhancing governance and shaping policies to address economic and environmental challenges. She has also served as a Senior Advisor at the Asia Group in Washington DC.
